Bellstar’s standards of cleanliness and hygiene, while already high, are being strengthened. We are expanding our commitment to a safe, clean stay with a new program that we call Stay® | Safe, which is now in place at all Bellstar hotels.

Employees and Back of House

  • Enhanced staff training

  • Any employee exhibiting symptoms of illness must stay home

  • Each hotel has a designated sanitation lead

  • Shared equipment is disinfected between uses

  • Frequent disinfection of office surfaces

  • Hand sanitizer available for all employees

These protocols are continually monitored and evaluated for maximum efficacy and are subject to change based on the guidance of provincial health authorities.
